The DFCM Conference is an annual conference hosted by the University of Toronto Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM) that provides an opportunity for DFCM faculty members from across our sites and teaching practices to connect, network and learn from each other.

The theme of the conference is Bringing Health Home:
Elevating care in our communities. It will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, research presentations, interactive workshops, oral papers, a poster session, and networking opportunities.

We look forward to hosting our faculty members and learners at the Highland Hall UTSC as we celebrate the academic endeavours of DFCM colleagues and consider what matters most in primary care, education and research and how we best serve our patients and our community.

The DFCM Conference is open to all DFCM faculty, residents, learners, staff, and alumni, as well as local and international friends of the department.

General rate is $60.00

Early Bird rate is $40.00 (ends April 1)

Learner and Staff rate is $20.00

The DFCM Conference is taking place at the Highland Hall, situated at University of Toronto Scarborough Campus.

Driving: Take Highway 401 to Morningside Ave. 2.Exit at Morningside Ave. southbound. 3.Turn onto Military Trail eastbound.

Parking Lot G: From Military Trail, turn on to Pan Am Drive. Turn right and proceed to the the gates for Parking Lot G.

Parking Lot H: From Military Trail, turn on to Pan Am Drive. Turn left at the stop sign. Parking Lot H will be on the left. 

Take a ticket and proceed to park. You can pay when exiting the lot (debit or credit only).
